Does sending this form cost anything?

No. Nor does the first conversation that follows it. We charge once there is a defined piece of work and you have agreed the fee in writing.

Will you tell me if you cannot help?

Yes, and quickly. Roughly one enquiry in five is something we are not the right people for, and saying so on the first call costs you nothing and saves you weeks.

Who sees what I write here?

The practice only. Enquiries are not forwarded to third parties, not used for advertising, and not published as a case study without your written consent.

I have already been given advice I do not trust. Can you review it?

Often, yes. Bring what you were told and by whom. A second reading of an existing position is a defined piece of work and is quoted as a fixed fee.

Do you work in English?

Yes, and instructions are accepted in English, Thai and Khmer. Documents in Thai or Khmer are translated as part of the matter rather than billed as an extra you did not expect.
