When and how you can cancel, and how refunds work.

Cancelling before work begins

If you cancel before we have started work on your case, you receive a full refund of any service fee paid. Government and third-party fees that have already been paid on your behalf are non-refundable once incurred.

Cancelling after work begins

If you cancel after work has begun, we refund the portion of the service fee for work not yet carried out. We will set out the calculation clearly so you can see exactly what is refunded.

Outcomes

Because the decision on any visa is made by the relevant government authority, our fee covers the professional service we provide, not the outcome of the application.

Every application is handled by qualified migration lawyers and government-licensed, certified visa agents — and verified against current official government sources.
